EQUIPMENT * LCD Projector 4000 lumins with short through lens (this allows large projections from a short distance) * Step ladder 10 feet or some provision to hang the LCD projector from the ceiling * Camera connector to the projector * Speakers * Microphones 4 hanging, 2 on stands * 12 channel dimmer board with all light connections on stage. We bring our own PAR 16 lights which are plugged into the dimmer board. I can send pictures of the plug type * Lights- 2 PAR, 4 profile spot- 2 spots will be used on the floor * One distributor for dual output from camera to LCD projector and camera to our LCD screen * Audio lead from laptop to speakers * 2 poles 7 feet each to hang the projection screen * 1 heavy stand(a mike stand with a heavy base) * Two clothes stands * Two low tables, like coffee tables * 3 spots on stage (profiles), 1 pink gel, 1 area light (PAR cans with barn doors), 2 cross lights (PAR cans with barn doors or profile spots) attached to the same dimmer board
*It is preferred to set up the day before at the venue.
